Civil Association Benda Arts is a voluntary and independent special-interest association of artificial and natural persons in accordance with Act n.83/1990Sb. The main concern of the association is to satisfy its members´ musical, cultural and educational interests. It involves getting to know world, European, Czech and even local traditions connected with music and culture. It also includes arranging contacts and cooperation with performers, chamber and symphonic music favourers,amateur and professional musicians regardless of the age, career or race.

We cooperate with Czech and foreign cultural institutions and organizations such as:
- The Czech Association of non-professional chamber and symphonic orchestras (ANKST)
- European Orchestra Federatio (EOFed)
- World Federation of Amateur Orchestras (WFAO)
We organize and assist with musical and educational projects
We offer a possibility to participate in our projects , where amateur and professional musicians can take part in amateur orchestras
We support cultural enlightenment and tolerance in the life of an individual as well as the whole society
We promote and provide activities of Bendova komorního orchestru „the home orchestra“ of Ústí nad Labem
